Booth fee* is $2500 for a single 6' case or $5000 for two 6' cases. The fee includes a 6' White Half Vision Display Case, LED case lighting, two chairs, and booth logo. Your booth fee also covers our all day catered snack, bev, and champagne stations located in the Pre-Function room. These stations are available for both the show staff,registered buyers and press. MELEE THE SHOW will provide designer logo print decals for the front of your display case (on the white area on the front of the case).
Please limit your staff to two people per booth. The show is small and the food and bev is limited.

Dates & Times
FRIDAY AUGUST 18th: Vendor set up from 2pm-6pm. All exhibitors are welcome to come to the space on Friday afternoon to set up displays, printed material, and any other items you might need for the show days. Please remember that all jewelry must be removed from the cases each morning and evening.
SATURDAY AUGUST 19th: Trade and Press Only. Designers should arrive to the show at 9am to set up their jewelry. Doors open to registered buyers from 10am-7pm.
SUNDAY AUGUST 20th: Trade and Press Only. Designers should arrive to the show at 9am to set up their jewelry. Doors open to registered buyers from 10am-7pm.
Contract & Payment instructions
- Completed registration must be received by April 15th, 2017.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to guarantee your registration and must be received no later than June 1, 2017.
- Your remaining balance of $1000 due no later than June 15, 2017.
- Space for the show is very limited, so it’s important to commit on time, otherwise your space will be offered to another designer.
Each designer will need to provide MELEE THE SHOW with proof of $1,000,000.00 insurance coverage. Please reach out to your insurance company to obtain a copy of this coverage for the dates and location listed below.

Limitation of Liability: MELEE THE SHOW and Exhibitor hereby agree to indemnify, defend and protect the other party and facility, and hold them harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damage, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature which might arise out of any action or failure to act of respective the parties or any of their officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, including but not limited to damage or loss of property or harm or injury to a person or persons. Neither party, nor any of their officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, shall be accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from accountability or liability for, any damage, loss, harm, or injury to the person or any property of the opposite party or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives resulting from, or arising out of, the negligence of the other party, its agents and employees, or the negligence of any other persons present at the Show, or from the theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause.
Insurance: MELEE THE SHOW is not responsible for the loss or damage of exhibitor's property, and in the event the exhibitor desires to have the goods, samples and other property brought upon the exhibition premises insured against loss due to any cause, he shall obtain such insurance at his own expense. The exhibitor shall, at no cost to Management, obtain 1) liability and property damage insurance from responsible insurance companies, authorized to sell this insurance, and include the broad form liability. 2) worker’s compensation employer’s liability insurance for his own employees.
