Ciara Bowles creates colourful, detailed jewellery with a blend of urban and historical inspirations. Handcrafted in her London studio using traditional techniques lost wax casting - pushing the boundaries with experimental casting methods, sculpting creative and contemporary robust jewellery with an antique sensibility. The work focuses on romance, delicacy, and symbolism; incorporating shapes and symbolic forms alongside antique intaglios and vibrant gemstones. Favouring intricate designs that evoke emotions and memories through vivid colours and nostalgic objects, making for timeless pieces that are both sculptural and wearable.
