Sunlit by Susan Hamilton Meier is a New York City jewelry studio inspired by the radiance of sunlight, ancient cultures, and the enduring power of adornment. Drawing on a lifelong fascination with Egyptian treasures, medieval art, and archaeological history, Susan creates each piece by hand, carving and texturing wax into miniature sculptures before casting them using the ancient lost-wax method.
After beginning her career at Sotheby's Jewelry, she went on to study at the School of Visual Arts, Jewelry Arts, and under master jeweler Fred de Vos. The result is a collection of richly textured jewels that feel both timeless and deeply personal.
