ELIZABETH BELL

Earthbound Elegance: The Nature-Inspired World of Elisabeth Bell Jewelry

Beth Yorn doesn’t just make jewelry. She captures memories, landscapes, and spirit animals in precious metals and stones. As the founder and creative force behind Elisabeth Bell Jewelry, Yorn takes a hands-on, deeply personal approach to her craft. Whether she’s hiking through the California hills or swimming with turtles in Hawaii, her work begins with real experiences and intimate moments that later reappear as one-of-a-kind pieces made in white, yellow, and rose gold.

Each jewel in the Elisabeth Bell collection holds a story. Her most recent design, a delicate sea turtle pendant, is a tribute to her time in Hawaii, where she and her daughter swam alongside wild turtles. “It’s one of my favorite memories,” she says, “and that’s what inspired me to make this piece.” The turtle joins a growing universe of wildlife-inspired forms Yorn has immortalized in gold, from wolves and bobcats to stingrays and sea stars, each one a spiritual totem and symbol of connection to the natural world.

Yorn’s passion for wildlife began in childhood, volunteering at the Audubon Society, and it continues to guide her work today. Her Ethical Wedding & Bridal collection offers couples a chance to celebrate their union with responsibly sourced stones and sustainable materials. Whether it’s a bespoke engagement ring or a symbolic pendant, Yorn carves each piece with intention, transforming gold alloys into lifelong heirlooms with dimension, soul, and shine.

Favorite among Hollywood’s bohemian set are Kate Hudson, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Sophia Bush. Among them, Elisabeth Bell Jewelry also speaks to collectors who value fine design grounded in authenticity. Yorn’s newest works include a pair of soft-toned heart pendants, one in Sleeping Beauty turquoise and the other in pink opal, that exude sweetness and sentiment. A recent fire opal ring, glowing with intense orange and internal flame, holds her current fascination: “I love this ring so much because of how bright the orange is and all of the fire inside of it,” she shares. Then there’s a new emerald necklace, accented with sapphires, that brings a lush, vibrant energy to her collection, showcasing her painterly use of color through stones.
